The Royal Mail advises that you can typically expect a delivery to arrive within 1-3  working days for 1st class and 2-5 working days for 2nd class,  from posting and the vast majority of deliveries do arrive well within this timeframe, however, it can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive, please be patient. The Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until more than 14 working days have passed.

Delays do not happen very often but if they do, it is still very likely that the parcel will arrive within the 14 working days. If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until more than 14 working days have passed. If more than 14 working days have passed since the dispatch date, please email us at enquiries@jd-collectables.co.uk  

Please include your order reference number and state that the order has not been received. We will use this email as evidence for the investigation, the claim that we will make with Royal Mail and as confirmation of the lost parcel.
